Networks is a service-oriented System Integrator. Our key focus is
serving as a company’s outsourced IT staff or as a periodic augment
to their in-house IT staff. Our roles encompass virtually every
aspect of local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN)
design and configuration, installing hardware, internet access
options, anti-virus and anti-spyware solutions, back-up systems,
remote access, hardware / software upgrades and Help Desk services.
You will have a primary and
secondary engineer assigned to you and your network or project. You
will have direct access to a team of IT professionals who understand
your business and your network. Our aim is to emulate, as closely as
possible, the accessibility, reliability, and support of an in-house
IT staff, at a reduced cost.
You can expect an engineer
for on-site technical support within 4 hours of your urgent call
(much faster in most cases); unless it is an issue we can solve
faster via secure remote access and save you the time and expense of
an on-site service call.
